The Peregrine Fund’s World Center for Birds of Prey

The Peregrine Fund is a nonprofit organization dedicated to conserving birds of prey worldwide. The World Center for Birds of Prey in Boise, Idaho is where our headquarters is located. When you visit the center, you will have the opportunity to see a whole world of raptors on exhibit, learn about them and the conservation issues they’re facing, and even meet a few of our Avian Ambassadors up close! In addition to our Visitor’s Center, guests have the opportunity to tour the Archives of Falconry – a Smithsonian quality display on the ancient sport of falconry that is still commonly practiced around the world today.

The World Center for Birds of Prey is open Tuesday – Sunday. From March through November we are open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and December through February we close at 4 p.m. We are closed on major holidays. Visit our website to check for any changes in this schedule.
