The Modern Hotel and Apartments are located in Downtown Boise’s Linen District on 14th Street. The Linen District is named after the Linen Building – a historic building that was originally constructed in 1910 as the American Laundry Building.
The main hotel is at 1314 W Grove Street and the apartments are in the Watercooler Building at 1401 W Idaho Street. Both provide easy access to many of Boise’s restaurants, bars, shops, entertainment, parks and attractions.
