Many consider Lowman the gem of the Boise National Forest. It’s a charming town in its own right, but surrounded by some of the most magnificent wilderness in the Lower 48. 

Endless trails and rejuvenating hot springs are tucked in the surrounding forests. Winter attracts snowshoers and snowmobilers to explore remote vistas. And history buffs will appreciate opportunities to take in the area’s rich history at the Lowman Ranger Station and Pioneerville Historic Site.
