Journalist John Anderson captures all the excitement of this amazing resort community in Southwest Idaho for an article published in the Bend,OR newspaper, The Bulletin.

He says, "The town beach and marina have been improved, and a beautiful new ice arena worthy of a much larger city occupies a place of honor nearby. Two venerable hotels, the Shore Lodge and the Hotel McCall, have undergone face-lifts. An impressive mixed-use retail-and-residential plaza awaits tenants in the heart of town."

Anderson does a great job of covering all the fun and excitement of McCall but he also emphasizes that when all is said and done, McCall is a ski town.
